My name is Naima Reed, I have spent many years in the real estate industry working with investors, buyers, sellers, management companies, housing cooperative communities and other stakeholders.  In addition to my years of experience within the real estate industry, I served seventeen (17) years in law enforcement and ten (10) of those years as the first African American female Major within my police department, working in an influential role within the National Capital Region which included Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.  I have developed strong professional relationships with a diverse group of domestic and international counterparts.

I am a realtor who has a wealth of experience in creating and negotiating contracts, home decorating/staging and developing strategic business plans for implementation on major projects. I also have expertise in credit repair and rebuilding showing an average increase of one hundred (100) plus points within a six (6) month time period and home decorating and staging.  In my various leadership roles, I have developed multiple high level marketing campaigns which resulted in a 25% increase in sales within the first quarter.  “Putting People First”, is my motto and my priority.  Serving my community and helping others has allowed me the opportunity to build long lasting genuine relationships.  I am an advocate for affordable housing.  I worked with many families, assisting them with finding homes in communities that promotes good family values, safety and security.
